I am passionate about working with you to feel your very best. I provide personal training and small group training sessions which are invigorating, varied and fun. From kick starting your exercise programme, working towards a particular goal or finding your confidence to exercise again after having a baby, we can find a way to work together. Making time for yourself in a comfortable, relaxed, non-competitive and supportive environment is key and will benefit both your physical and mental health. Switching the mind off for a while from the usual worries and lists, connecting with your amazing body and making progress is the best feeling.
